ANTI STATIC ADDITIVES

I. PLASTIC ADDITIVES 

Additives are substances added in a politics to change some of its properties. Some of the most common are plasticizers used to reduce the polymer's transition temperature (making it softer in some way), fillers to make it cheaper (usually chalk), ingredients Oil to improve its rheological properties. Other substances are used for electrical stabilization reasons or to give polymers a certain ability (for example, photoelectric agents for photolithography).

Various additives and qualities are added to give the product desirable properties such as oxidizing and thermal stabilizers, UV stabilizers, chelating agent, secondary stabilizer, plasticizer, filler anti-static, impact quality.

II. ANTI STATIC ADDITIVE

III. TYPE

There are 2 types of anti-static additives:

- Antistatic for long time no use: including small surface absorbent qualities, base holders, glycol, glycol polyethylene ..

- Long-term antistatic: polyhydroxypolyamines (PHPA), polyalkylene and polyacrylic copolymers.
